Our Closing Fees have been carefully chosen to reflect Atomic Escrow’s lack of overhead and our strong commitment to working with our customers in what has now officially been tagged a recession:

Closing Fee:  Includes the gathering of information, coordination of the closing with other title companies, lenders, management companies, and Realtors: 

$150.00

Document Preparation:  Drawing up all non-legal documentation for the completion of the closing, including but not limited to Warranty Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Settlement Statements, and all anciallary documents for all parties:

$50.00

Additional Charges: 

Shipping and Handling will vary according to the published rates of Federal Express, our preferred courier, but range from $20 for payoffs (on refinances and sales) to $30 (for larger returned loan packages)

Release Tracking, as necessary, for the payoff and recorded release on mortgages paid off at closing is $35 per applicable payoff.

TITLE INSURANCE, as paid by either a refinancing Borrower or either party as negotiated in a Sale, is based on published insurance rates per County in the State of Tennessee.  Call us for a quote, but - and this is very important - please keep in mind that if the property you’ll be discussing has been in your (or your customer’s) possession for less than 10 years, that obtaining a copy their OWNERS’ TITLE POLICY at the onset of your transaction can save you or your customer up to THIRTY PERCENT of the premium on this product!
